LCHF-Coconut/Choc. Fat Bomb

Serves: 24

Total Time: 15 minutes


Ingredients

- 1 cup Cream, heavy, fluid

- 1 tablespoon Cheese, cream

- 1/8 cup, shredded Coconut meat, dried, sweetened

- 10 drops Sugar substitute, herbal extract sweetener, liquid, Stevia liquid

- 2 tablespoons Coconut oil

- 2 tablespoons Butter

- 1 teaspoon Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened


Instructions

1. At heavy cream in a medium bowl.

Beat at medium speed with handmixer until soft peaks

Add other ingredients and beat until stiff 

(BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVER BEAT IT WILL TURN INTO BUTTER)

Place into tray with 24 compartments or ice trays. Freeze overnight


2. For making the chocolate topping

• add coconut oil

• add butter

Melt together 

•add cocoa powder,

• add stevia

Stir together until mixture is smooth and there is no lumps. 

3. Remove the bombs from freezer and top with chocolate mixture return back to freezer until all is set. 

Aprox. 10 min.

4. Carefully remove by moms from tray put in Ziploc bag and return to freezer until use.
