LCHF Game day Crakers

Serves: 6

Total Time: 45 minutes


Ingredients

- 3/4 cup Almond Flour

- 2 tablespoonss Coconut Flour

- 2 medium Egg

- 2 tablespoons Cheese, Parmesan, dry grated, aged

- 1/2 ounce Seeds, chia seeds, dried

- 1 Dash Italian seasoning

- 1 Dash Seasoning of your choice

- 2 tablespoons Butter


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. Add all ingredients in a food processor, 

Pulse until all ingredients resemble wet sand.

3. Taste


Adjust seasoning

4. Empty ingredients on a piece of parchment paper enough so that it can be rolled out.

5. Add another piece of parchment paper, Roll out to desired thickness.

6. Place crackers in preheated oven for 10 minutes then remove & score into 1.5" squares.

7. Reduce heat in oven to 200°F

8. Place in oven for 30 minutes or until crackers feel dry

9. Let completely cool
